At Being Human Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags intact.

Log into your account on our website, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to start the process.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original brand tags attached; our team will verify these conditions upon arrival at our warehouse.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 to 72 hours.
Receive Refund
After a successful quality check, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
